Ihre Aufgaben
Hier kannst du glänzen:
  • Strategisches Management: Du unterstützt unseren CEO bei strategischen Fragestellungen, indem du Entscheidungsgrundlagen detailliert und hochwertig aufbereitest und den CEO für Meetings briefst. Außerdem wirkst du an zentralen Unternehmensprojekten mit und übernimmst ad-hoc Sonderaufgaben.
  • Operatives Management: Als rechte Hand des CEOs bist du Ansprechpartner sowohl für unser Führungsresort als auch unsere Mitarbeiter. Du bereitest und koordinierst wöchentliche Board-Meetings und bereitest Präsentationen und Reports entsprechend eigenverantwortlich vor und nach. 
  • Koordination: Du koordinierst Entscheidungsprozesse auf Top-Management-Ebene. Als Schnittstelleninhaber stimmst du dich mit unseren Führungskräften des C-Levels ab und sorgst für einen kontinuierlichen und reibungslosen Informationsfluss aktueller Themen zwischen CEO und seinen Directs.
  • Optimization: Du bringst deine Ideen aktiv entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette des Unternehmen ein und übernimmst damit einen wichtigen Teil im Bereich der Prozessoptimierung – von der Führungskultur bis hin zur Terminvereinbarung.
Ihr Profil
  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes wirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und bist hoch motiviert, dein erlerntes Wissen in der Praxis anzuwenden. Erste praktische Erfahrung im betrieblichen Managementumfeld sind wünschenswert, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich. 
  • Du bist ein Organisationstalent mit sehr guten analytischen und konzeptionellen Fähigkeiten und behältst auch in stressigen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf. 
  • Dank deiner schnellen Auffassungsgabe und deinem guten Verständnis für strategische Zusammenhänge und unternehmerisches Denken kannst du schnell das Wesentliche einer Situation erfassen und verständlich auf Augenhöhe - in deutscher und englischer Sprache – kommunizieren. 
  • Du hast ein souveränes Auftreten, eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und überzeugst durch Eigeninitiative und Engagement.
  • Du verstehst dich als offenen und aufgeschlossenen Teamplayer.

Your mission
`This is where you can shine:
  • Strategic management: You support our CEO in strategic issues by preparing detailed and high-quality decision-making documents and briefing the CEO for meetings. You also contribute to central corporate projects and take on ad-hoc special tasks.
  • Operational management: As the CEO's right-hand man, you are the contact person for both our management team and our employees. You prepare and coordinate weekly board meetings and prepare and follow up presentations and reports accordingly.
  • Coordination: You coordinate decision-making processes at top management level. As an interface owner, you coordinate with our C-level executives and ensure a continuous and smooth flow of information on current topics between the CEO and his directors.
  • Optimisation: You actively contribute your ideas along the entire value chain of the company and thus take on an important part in the area of process optimisation - from leadership culture to appointment setting.


Your profile
Your profile: 
  • You have a degree in economics, business administration, management or a comparable qualification and are highly motivated to apply your acquired knowledge in practice. Initial practical experience in a business management environment is desirable, but not essential.
  • You are an organisational talent with very good analytical and conceptual skills and keep a cool head even in stressful situations.
  • Thanks to your quick grasp and your good understanding of strategic connections and entrepreneurial thinking, you can quickly grasp the essence of a situation and communicate comprehensibly at eye level - in German and English.
  • You have a confident manner, a structured and solution-oriented way of working and are convincing through your own initiative and commitment.
  • You see yourself as an open and outgoing team player.
