- Strategic management: You support our CEO in strategic issues by preparing detailed and high-quality decision-making documents and briefing the CEO for meetings. You also contribute to central corporate projects and take on ad-hoc special tasks.
- Operational management: As the CEO's right-hand man, you are the contact person for both our management team and our employees. You prepare and coordinate weekly board meetings and prepare and follow up presentations and reports accordingly.
- Coordination: You coordinate decision-making processes at top management level. As an interface owner, you coordinate with our C-level executives and ensure a continuous and smooth flow of information on current topics between the CEO and his directors.
- Optimisation: You actively contribute your ideas along the entire value chain of the company and thus take on an important part in the area of process optimisation - from leadership culture to appointment setting.
